The U.S. Government retains its applicable rights in this software, namely for itself and others acting on its behalf a paid-up, nonexclusive, irrevocable worldwide license in this computer software and data to reproduce, prepare derivative works, and perform publicly and display publicly.

Neither Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC, Brookhaven National Laboratory, the U.S. Department of Energy, nor the names of contributors may be used to endorse or promote products derived from this software without specific prior written permission.
